Inversions
Turn that frown upside-down by working on handstands, headstands, shoulder-stands and more! We’ll cover alignment for classic positions as well as fun variations!
Flexibility
Work towards splits, backbends and other circus skills in a safe and effective way. This lesson may include passive and active flexibility, as well as gentle hands-on adjustments. We’ll use yoga, contortion, and physical therapy techniques to allow your body more freedom in movement.
